WE OFFER THANKSGIVING WHEN WE OFFER THE HEART OF JESUS TO GOD THE FATHER

Heavenly Father, behold the adorable Heart of Thy beloved Son, which I present to Thee in thanksgiving for all the graces and benefits Thou hast bestowed upon me. Amen 

When we pray the above prayer, we give thanks and we offer the Sacred Heart of Jesus to His Father in gratitude for the graces and blessings showered on us. The prayer was written by Margaret Mary, the French nun to whom Jesus revealed the wonders of His Sacred Heart, and while we may seek immeasurable graces and blessings beyond number in the Sacred Heart, how we may render thanksgiving and show our gratitude is by offering the same Heart to the Eternal Father.
