MAY I INVITE YOU TO JOIN US IN OFFERING THE NOVENA TO ST JUDE, STARTING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16?

You might like to see the video I did on the Novena to St Jude.  On Wednesday, September 16th, me and a group of my friends (including Catherine Collins, Danny Risdon and several others whose permission I have not sought to list their names) are starting the Novena to St Jude.

Jude's feast is not in the immediate offing, it is on October 28th, but we're doing the novena and making efforts to make it better known among people who may have never offered a novena and don't know who is St Jude because we discern a certain hunger for Jude's intercession especially at this time.

I, myself, am a hopeless case, and I'm offering the novena for the solemn intention that I get a grace to overcome habitual personal sin. I need to go to confession as often as I brush my teeth,  which is a slight exaggeration, but only slight.  I am also praying for the intentions others have entrusted to me.

Please join us and pray for yourself or a loved one.  We begin on the 16th and finish on September 24th.

    3. Wow, CONGRATULATIONS to Jacob, too!

One meaning for the name "Jacob" is to follow, and surely your son followed you into the Church.

    4. Here is Jacobs confirmation :-) I named him Jacob from the Bible, and Tanner is leather maker from the Bible :-) Jacob Tanner(His Saint Andrew Kim Taegon)

    5. From what I know St Andrew Kim Taegon is a GREAT Saint to choose, he'd be called "badass" today, and a banquette of blessings is on offer through his intercession.

    6. What is awesome is he's Asian, and my son has philippino in him. He kept popping up when Jacob did random searches. I was looking for recipes and such and St Therese kept popping up, after a few days we finally said ,okay we got the hint lol
