TRADITIONAL LATIN MASS...

...was offered this day of October 21st for a priest friend of ours, Father Claude.

Of your love, please join your prayers with ours for Father.  He was very chuffed that the Mass was being offered on the Feast of St Ursula, because he was educated by the Ursulines in his hometown of New Orleans.

Father Claude is a young Norbertine, and he was the celebrant at the wedding of my friends, Mike and Joanna

  1. Thank you. I am writing from England. I have attended Mass celebrated by Fr Claude at St John the Baptist church Costa Mesa Orange County Cal. My daughter and her family have lived in Orange County for over 20 years. My wife and I visited them a few years ago at their house in Yorba Linda (they have now moved to Anaheim). They travelled for Traditional Latin Mass to Costa Mesa where, when we were there, Fr Claude was the celebrant. Our two grandsons served on the altar. Fr Claude gave excellent sermons and we were very impressed by him and by the church. Congratulations to you and to your friends Mike and Joanna.

    2. When I replied to your comment, I addressed yog as ALDU because I thought that was your blogger name, but I read your profile and learnt it stands for:
Association of Lawyers for the Defence of the Unborn.

  2. Yes, the Traditional Latin Mass is awesome. But you have none near you?

  3. Oh, yes! An internet search will yield you a lot of results, and you may narrow it for one that is in your time zone.

  4. Things are going very well, Praise God. I hope all is well with you and yours.

I am preparing for November, month of the souls in Purgatory.

  5. Pumpkin soup and cranberry biscuits - sounds scrumptious! A feast for All Hallows Eve!

I believe I'm going out for lunch on Sat, but as I hope I will be going to various Latin Masses on Sunday, Saturday night is very much a time of getting chores done, so as to be in time for Mass.

    God bless you always
