Running for Mary’s Meals!
Tomorrow, Sunday 1st of April, Ed West
will run a half-marathon in Paddock Wood, Kent – to raise funds for Mary’s Meals. Mary’s Meals was founded by
Scottish Catholics during the Bosnia conflict, but now works mainly in Southern
and Eastern Africa, providing meals and schooling to children.
One of
their finest hours was recently during the
East Africa crisis.

Ed is the
features editor of The Catholic Herald. Until recently, Ed was a heavy
smoker, but has been training hard for the marathon.
