"THIS HOLY MAN IS TOUCHING ONE FROM HEAVEN"

Great news - I got this lovely review from sdbear - the 30th review of Padre Pio and You. 

 "It is not hard to believe that Padre Pio himself helped the author write this book. It is written with so much warmth, affection. The author has taken great pains to research her subject, so much so that I felt I was really getting to know this great saint as I read through the book. As another reviewer said, it is hard to put it down. The author weaves her spiritual insights regarding the significance of the various events and developments in Padre Pio's life and actions in such a way that it does not break the flow of his life story. I am also speculating that if one is led to this book, it may very well be that this holy man is touching one from heaven, offering to be one's spiritual father and patron. Two months before I came upon a YouTube interview of the author, I was blessed to be able to venerate Padre Pio's relics at the shrine of Our Lady of Champion. Not a coincidence, I think. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and will likely be re-reading it many times. Despite the fact that there were several typos in the text (at least in the Kindle version, which I have), I think this is the best Padre Pio biography I've read. Highly recommend!"

I agree with sdbear that the typos (totally my fault) need to be expunged. I got so used to seeing the text that I scanned certain names and sentences without paying the right attention to the finer details. This will be rectified in the Second Edition. Thankfully, my friend, James Ignatius encouraged me that even if with the best will in the world gaffes were made, they can be corrected in time.
